“While most people collected charms or coins, I collected storage boxes. That’s what sparked my love for organising, sorting, and bringing balance to chaos. Born and brought up in a small town called Dhanbad in Jharkhand, I moved to Kolkata for studies and then to Mumbai after marriage. Four years ago, my husband’s work brought us to Chennai – a new city, far from family, yet the place where my little dream found its wings.
Having lived across several cities, each move came with its own lessons. Mumbai, especially, taught me the art of managing space where every inch counted. While designing our own apartment there, I realised how deeply I enjoyed organising and curating functional, beautiful spaces. What began as a personal passion soon turned into something I wanted to share with others.
It wasn’t an easy start. Organising wasn’t exactly a “conventional” business idea. But after the pandemic, when I began helping friends and family declutter their homes, I saw how transformative the process could be.
That was the spark that led to “Arrange It All”, my identity and now, my full-fledged business!
Chennai embraced us with open arms. The city’s warmth and community spirit became an integral part of our journey. My husband, who shares the same vision, joined me full-time two years ago, turning our shared dream into a powerful partnership. We were lucky to have a very strong support system. We spent quality time with our kids as well, and they’ve also been very understanding throughout.
From handling one project a month, we now complete over ten, with a dedicated team of ten members and more than 300 projects across cities and even abroad, where we guide our clients to organise things virtually.
We’ve had the privilege of working with renowned clients like Trisha Krishnan, Dipika Pallikal, and Aishwarya Rajinikanth. Yet, one of my most memorable moments was organising a retired officer’s three-story home in Delhi. With every saree, antique, and piece of jewellery finding its rightful place, we organised everything within five days.
Looking back, the journey has been anything but ordinary. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that a strong vision, consistency, and communication can turn any passion into purpose. You might stumble, but when you love what you do, you truly “arrange it all.””
