“As someone who’s been drawn to the mic from a young age, I now use that voice to guide, motivate, and empower individuals to navigate their career paths with confidence and clarity.
I was one of the many girls back in 2009 who went into engineering simply because I didn’t like medicine only to realise that engineering didn’t excite me either. That confusion became the fuel that pushed me to explore every other possibility that came my way.
Getting married and having kids in my early 20s made my dreams take a back seat, as I genuinely loved spending time with them. But staying home just wasn’t my thing. I knew I was meant for something more.
I experimented with various things, wrote competitive exams, cleared the RBI exam but nothing felt like the right fit until I stumbled upon storytelling.
Storytelling came naturally to me, and when I discovered it was an actual course of study, I couldn’t stop myself from diving deep into it.
That was just the beginning!
After getting certified, I began training kids in public speaking and hosting personal storytelling sessions for adults. These soon evolved into structured storytelling programs for adults and professionals.
I pursued multiple certifications, which organically led me into career counseling. As I interacted with people from diverse walks of life, I felt compelled to deepen my understanding and completed my Master’s in Psychology.
Then COVID happened. Lockdown happened. But surprisingly, unlike other industries that struggled, it became a turning point in my journey, helping me achieve multiple milestones.
Online platforms gave me national and international reach. That’s when ‘Iikonz’ was born, a company I proudly built from the ground up, focused on helping people find clarity and direction in their lives.
Under Iikonz, we launched a flagship course that combines career counseling with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and we’ve successfully trained over 200+ certified counselors so far. Our storytelling course, too, has transformed countless lives and continues to inspire purpose and confidence.
We also launched Aval 360 – a holistic support community for women launched, focusing on 5 promising dimensions. It’s one of my closest communities, because I closely work with women.
My vision for the coming years is to bridge the gap in career awareness and make counseling an accessible, empowering resource for all.
Because when people find clarity, they find power and that’s the story I’m here to help them write!”
