“I’ve been inspired by actress Nayantara. I know people see her as eye candy and an actress who is pretty. But I see her struggle and the way she surfaced against all the odds. In a male-dominant industry, she made a place for herself and bounced back stronger every time she was dragged down. I believe that’s is the spirit that each one of us must have in life. She hails from a small town and has carved an identity for her. I aspire to do that for myself. I moved from Mannargudi to Chennai almost a decade ago. After finishing my schooling, I was stuck at crossroads. I found science tough and had no experience of commerce. Yet, I took up commerce and pursued CA. I took two attempts clear the CA inter exam. When I didn’t clear it first, I was disheartened and demotivated. I almost gave up. And then I looked up at my idol and realized that everything takes effort and hardwork. So I gave it another attempt. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the result that said I had qualified to attempt my CA final. Right now, I’m in a great place! I’m working, earning a decent living and enjoying the city life, hoping I’ll make a name here for myself too!”
