“In the fast-paced world of PR and event curation, where trends often outshine truth, I chose a different path – one built on originality, intention, and heart. I’ve never believed in copy-paste formulas. Every campaign, every event I craft, is born from scratch, shaped by the unique story behind it. I may only take on a handful of events each year, but each one carries my full creative spirit, crafted to leave a lasting impression.
But this journey didn’t begin with lights, clients, or campaigns. It began in the warm comfort of my kitchen, with the simple joy of baking. What felt like a small personal hobby became a gateway to something much larger. It was my husband who first saw the spark in me. With his unwavering encouragement, I began to dream bigger, first through passion, then through purpose.
Fuelled by a deep love for working with children, I created Idea of Joy – a safe, expressive space where little minds explore art, theatre, and crafts in fun, meaningful ways. It wasn’t just a workshop; it was a world where creativity met connection. In parallel, I co-founded Back to Square One with my husband – an organic lifestyle brand offering conscious food and natural skincare. Both ventures are a reflection of my core values: creativity, sustainability, and soul.
When I felt the call to do more, I began collaborating with PR teams and curating events for top brands. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege to curate more than 200 unique experiences. Yet, it’s the ‘Idea of Joy’ that remains closest to my heart. Every session is a new canvas. I never repeat a theme. Because for me, creativity isn’t about performance, it’s about presence.
My strength comes from my roots. Growing up in a joint family, and now raising two children of my own, I’ve come to appreciate the depth of elder wisdom. I believe there’s immense power in asking for guidance and grounding ourselves in faith and spirituality. These values, of family, originality, and purpose, are what fuel everything I do.
In a world that rushes to replicate, I choose to create. Because I believe that real power begins when we stay true to who we are.”
