“Struggling wasn’t a choice; that was the only option left for me to come up in my life to save some spot for myself.

Being grown up in a small village, from a middle-class family, I entered one of the BDS colleges through pure merit. I was passionate to become a doctor and so worked hard to reach the pinnacle of my passion story.

In my 3rd year, I participated in a Fashion show, which wasn’t in my plan earlier. Due to a sudden replacement, I was asked to perform the other day and fortunately, I won the title. I realised my interest in modelling and simultaneously started concentrating on modelling, Ad shoots and photoshoots as well.

After my UG, initially, I wasn’t allowed to work from a tier2 city because of the restrictiveness that my family had. However, I convinced them and managed to travel to Chennai with Rs.5K only. I had no one here, nowhere to stay and no job to work.

Soon, I applied for a job, which was very far from the hostel where I stayed. I joined as a Junior Dentist but due to some politics, I was shifted to another branch where I had the responsibility to prove my work. Fortunately, I achieved all the targets and started learning a lot from the people around me. I became so conscious in my work which made me find out the right problem in my patients and addressed them patiently but perfectly.

Meanwhile, I participated in Vijay TV’s one of their reality shows and won the ‘People’s favourite’ award. And also worked in a couple of films such as LKG, Master, etc.

On my career side, my patients started trusting my work and I dedicated my entire day to work and learning to improvise my work every day. Out of interest, I did a fellowship in Cosmetic Dentistry which made me get to the deeper side of dentistry.

My goals had become bigger and this strives me to think from an extensive perspective. From being a doctor, to taking care of my parents, to exploring the world, to educating the rural kids, to starting an academy to train girls to experience more and more every single day.

Life is a mixture of every emotion. Being wise enough to pick gratification for oneself is important. Look at your goals and keep achieving them. Don’t stop for anyone.”
