Though I was forced into doing engineering my heart always belonged to art. I actively took part in art fest and exhibitions ever since my childhood. My fondness grew as time passed and made me realise my dream. So there it was, Fashion designing.

After working as a software engineer for more than two years I realised engineering was not as exciting as arts and crafts for me. As they say “A stitch on time, saves nine”, I quit my corporate job at the right time and went on to do a master’s diploma in fashion design. Passion was the only thing that drove me, made me switch careers and realise my dream.

The idea was to go to Paris to do a design course and work for six years before starting my own business. Well, I couldn’t do it because of my unfortunate circumstances. Now giving up is not part of the deal so I went ahead with starting my own business. That’s when “House of Madhoo” came to life in 2023.

It was hard to make profits out of the business and whatever I did make, I put it back into the business. More than money, my heart filled with joy when I did this. I guess that’s what was missing out on the corporate job. There is no compromise in fit, quality and customer satisfaction when it comes to House of Madhoo. That’s what makes us unique.
