“I still remember the date – it was May 2nd, 2022. I was sitting in a Cafe in Chennai, and fortunately, I turned up to see a woman who was sitting next to me. She seemed so bold & dynamic; later, she revealed that she was the Cafe manager. We were generally interacting, and suddenly she raised a question – “What do you do? Who are you?” It hit me hard. I had no answer. I did not know what to reply. That impact made me question who I really ‘am.
With a 3-year-old baby girl, I felt I was stuck in my life at 27. I had no identity, no passion, no goal, and no positivity too.
Personally, the struggles and the hurdles I faced were huge, which ended up in a lot of heartbreaks and rejections. I thought I had no value. I never knew my value until this April ‘22.
I didn’t know why and how suddenly I was agitated with a thought to shape myself, which consequently reflected in my career. But I listened to what my soul whispered to me. I went with a flow and never turned down any opportunities.
I took up LLB (Bachelor of Law) and became an NLP practitioner recently.
I started my job as a goodwill ambassador.
I realized that I never lost my wit. But it was true that I never flaunted my attention towards developing myself. Discovering oneself and moving toward success or happiness is a step-by-step process and I believe it has to be mandatorily inculcated into every being who either wants happiness or success or both, of course!
Holding my baby girl, I started everything from Zero. When the process moved forward, I felt individually confident, which helped me set up my own vision, passion, and job for myself.
I now know that I can handle myself, my daughter, and my responsibility. I can notice that the way my baby looks at me has changed. I created my identity by myself. I stood for myself when no one else trusted me – and I’m very thankful for those who discouraged/left me. Those rejections have made me grow higher and greater.
There’s no end to life even if you lose EVERYTHING. There’s always a beginning to every step that we take or plan to take. Life’s all about experiencing and living. Let’s begin!”
