“I started my business when I was in my college. Initially, I lent the investment amount from my parents but honestly, I’m happy that I failed terribly during my first attempt towards making profits.

However, I did not quit. Considering all my experiences and learnings in the past, I decided to upgrade my skill according to the trend industry and then got into doing events.

There popped up the ‘White Shadow’, which is an event management organization in fashion, giving youngsters opportunities to excel in the fashion field.

I, with my friends/partners, grabbed a bigger network and made the business no.1 in the industry at one point.

There were provocations and loads of struggles in bringing the business front. Not just the challenges, but facing the criticisms, were even worst.

I simply shut my ears to all the negativity and kept moving forward.

We, as a team, always wanted to give way to many upcoming youngsters and thus, did not mind when our #1 position kept oscillating.

To be more precise, around 8 other different event management organizations emerged from our own employees, which was a great achievement in my professional life.

I have created talents and encouraged them to start businesses in the same field. I believe this advances as a positive approach towards being a good leader. I was so happy that I could impart the experience, exposure, and expertness to as many as I could.

Though we excelled professionally, we had this thought in mind on giving something back to society. And that’s how we landed upon arranging food for (needy) people in regular intervals.

My heart didn’t stop me with that, I started a Rotaract club called the ‘Rotaract Club of Chennai Celebrities, and presided over it with a team, where we help fetch sponsors to help the underprivileged and deprived people.

All these years, life had trained me to get accustomed to anything and everything. The paths were different and challenging, but still, with conviction and decisiveness, one can achieve anything.

With a strong belief in self, one can accomplish marvels!”
