“Grow through what you go through, and sometimes, it’s okay to not be okay. What truly matters is how we overcome hardships and rise again. My journey has been filled with challenges—both personal and professional—simply because I dared to carve my own path as a working woman. The road was never easy, but through it all, my daughter remained my greatest source of strength.
Coming from a traditional background, I stepped into adulthood with responsibilities that reshaped my life far sooner than expected. Motherhood arrived early, bringing with it not just joy but also the weight of making crucial decisions for the future. In those defining moments, I chose to build a life of independence.
Determined to create stability, I immersed myself in the IT and EdTech industries, working across multiple companies to develop expertise in sales and marketing. Over time, I realized that sales wasn’t just a profession—it was my true passion, a space where I thrived and belonged.
Living in Alleppey while managing a demanding career in Kochi meant long commutes and endless hurdles, but giving up was never an option. Eventually, I made the bold decision to relocate, setting the foundation for a new beginning with my daughter by my side. From there, I worked with various firms before taking the leap to establish my own business consulting company, Virtual Captains. Today, we stand as sales mavericks, helping businesses navigate the complexities of growth and market expansion.
Life’s challenges are inevitable, but I believe some are naturally built to face them, while others just need the right support to take the first step. Over the years, I have mentored and trained over 7,000 individuals through empowerment programs, striving to create meaningful change.
The message is simple: We don’t lose when we fall. We lose only when we refuse to rise again.”
