“As a newbie biker, I have never done any long drives in the midnight but that is one milestone I crossed recently. As part of the Apache riders group, we have been doing some breakfast rides nearby our city but every year, TVS group conducts a annual riders chapter in South India.
So we started off around 10 in the night and rode for 13 straight hours into the night till the dawn of next day. It was tiring for sure but it was close to 43 riders riding in a single line one after the other and maintaining a strict speed limit.
What awaited us was something I was quite prepared for. We had a video conference with the leadership team of TVS who had us speak about our concerns in the vehicle and also pitch in our suggestions.
We even had a small ride the next day and there was a DJ night and it was quite amazing to say the least. This period allowed us some time to develop a meaningful relationship with fellow riders and also speak about our mutual love for riding.
My plan is to also try and get a track license and test my skills at the track. Hoping for the day I ace that milestone.”
