“Earlier in my career, something was pricking at the back of my mind to discover my existence.
I was born in Sivakasi. Pursued my school & college in the same city. Back then, girls are supposed to get married in their early 20s or even before that. Luckily, I got married when I just completed my master’s degree, in which I earned a Gold medal.
My Appa was into the printing business and so is my brother. Businesses and entrepreneurship fascinate me more from the very beginning. I tried getting into their business but unfortunately, they refused just because of the societal unacceptance.
While pursuing my BBA, I discovered my inner call to accomplish something prominent. The fire kept burning within!
After my first child turned 6 months, I started investing half my time in reading business magazines and newspapers. I started doing small businesses selling beauty & personal care products. And then, when we moved to an apartment, I began teaching 5 to 10-year-old kids with clay modelling and leadership as a summer camp coach.
In 2010, I met a corporate trainer who was in need of a coordinator. Though I was unaware of the entire job role, I sounded positive and decided to go with the flow. The next year, I gained the confidence to train corporates on life skills and so, I decided to do an NLP course for 4 consecutive years.
My new venture SevenClover Coaching paid its way into the entrepreneurship world in 2012.
With tremendous hard work, devotion, perseverance and commitment, I trained myself in various fields such as relationship, leadership, empowerment of women entrepreneurship, counselling, self-transformation, child safety & sexual abuse and many more. 90% of my workshops were engaging and successful. I started noticing immense results after the workshops. Every module that I carry to the sessions was entirely built by me from the scratch.
Having a couple of years, I started documenting all my case files, testimonials and reports that I received after the workshops. This helped me analyse even more deeper on how well I can curate further.
Apart from being an entrepreneur in coaching individuals, I also started focusing on social causes such as organ donation, blood donation, empowerment of transgender and street vendors and so on. Additionally, I am working towards creating more socially responsible individuals.
By setting up a community exclusively for this, I planned to provide financial and digital literacy to transgenders and small vendors. So many of these paths had uplifted my designation to being a Co-Chairman of Young Indians, Madurai.
Family has given enough space for me to grow professionally. And they had understood my long-term vision.
Things are challenging only till you look at them as problems; you can easily thrash those fears down when you observe them as experiences.
Experience moulds a human!
My originality doesn’t dissolve in my name, you can uncover them in my works, forever”
