“Life begins only when one is ready. Until then, it’s just survival and not living.
I’m still in the survival phase as I haven’t been into the state of living.
I’m Robert from Thirunelveli. I’ve been staying in Chennai for the past 20 years, just working here and there for daily food.
Earlier, when I was in my teens, I shifted to Bombay to work with my dad. I had put my legs into all the blue-collar jobs. Then due to vacancy availability, I went to Kuwait to work through an agency. This is where there started a drift between my wife and me, who was my distant relative. We got married when I was 37.
I was blessed with twins soon after my wedding, and the happiness did not last for a long time. Due to my anger, irresponsibility, and attitude issues, I have been driven away from my family mentally. I did not try to perceive them or their love as well.
I’ve lost contact with my sons, and from then on, they never tried to greet me with care or even did not mind talking to me.
Then onwards, my survival journey has begun.
Life always gives everyone many chances, opportunities, and possibilities – it depends on how well we use them! But before that, it’s more more important to identify those small hints that the universe has left for us.
Find out yours!”
