We believe in serving quality food that is piping hot, which is why we open do not open earlier than 7 a.m. or serve anyone post 10 a.m. We have just three items on the menu – Idly, Pongal and Vada, yet, it is the quality that makes people want to come back to us. Three generations have gone by and our business has grown. Along with the love from our patrons, one thing that hasn’t changed is our taste and our menu. We decide to keep it this way and not give into the idea of expansion. This hotel has been an inseparable part of our life and the people who visit us regularly, an extended part of our family. It is impossible for me to think or talk of my life without the Rayar Mess being a part of it.”
