“I was born and brought up in Madurai. Our family has always been in the trade of fruits and vegetables. Back in our town, we would sell guavas handpicked from a select stretch of orchards. Upon moving to Chennai, we began sourcing our vegetables from the Koyembedu market. While I miss the old city charm of our hometown, Chennai is a bustling city with a constant sense of excitement running through its veins. I have to show up for work every day come rain or shine! I have also met great people in this city, who keep reminding me of the goodness in this world.”
