“I am Pradeep born and brought up in the Virudhunagar district along with two sisters. My dad was a head cook. I have visited many towns and cities with him for help. Initially life was hard as we had to struggle to make ends meet. I did my schooling in an aided school and lacked self confidence in many things As I finished my college in kalasalingam and I had to make a move to Chennai for a job which wasn’t easy. I couldn’t find a job for a few months due to lack of skills.

Then I rose up the ladder from BPO. Today I stand tall and hold a team in my office and in the future I would like to conduct a campus drive in my home town and bring in the students for a job here.

Life took a turn when dad was diagnosed with cancer; the whole family was shattered. Now my dad is in the last stage and bed ridden while me and my sisters are trying our best in providing him good care.

It’s not an inspirational story but it’s the story of a common man coming all the way up from down south with not a penny and owning a house today. I hope this makes you believe that even you can succeed in your life. Yes there are ups and downs in life. The only thing which drives me is the hope of finding light at the end of the tunnel.”
