“Though I am from an Engineering background, I was always inclined towards making creatives and bringing the creativity into reality.
With one of my friends’ help, I was able to learn how to design and started my career as an amateur designer.
When I completed my degree, I aimed to join the media industry, supporting my creativity skills.
But unfortunately, I couldn’t step into my dream job due to financial problems in my family.
I got an opportunity from Amazon, but happily did not accept the offer. Simultaneously, I got an opportunity from one of the startup companies for a designer. How would I not take that job?
Yes, I opted to pick my passion. I wished to see my designs being established everywhere.
After a year, I quit the job, as I had a mind to start my own venture. Along with my friend, I started a startup which ended up in vain.
We weren’t happy about the results that we obtained and hence decided to give it a pause.
However, I started working as a Freelancer and as a consultant with more than 50 renowned brands in less than a decade now.
I grew alone since my teenage which stopped me from being exposed to social networking.
But one thing which I am privileged in being alone was that I could explore many things creatively. I was able to learn so many things which made me who I am now (today).
But not all are blessed enough to get into the right path and get the right knowledge.
Business was a powerful platform where I was able to bring a change to this society. When I grew, my brand grew with me, the people around me grew as well. Starting a business is completely different from running and sustaining them. I’m still learning to grow.
My mother used to say that I’m ‘one in a billion’. And yes, I am living upto her words, though she isn’t physically alive now.
I always believe that when we take care of the art (passion), it will, over the years, take care of the human.”
