“Hailing from a business-oriented family, I had always wanted to venture something or my own. But after completing my masters in 2017 getting into the competitive corporate world was the only lookup left for me by societal influence. And in I went, for 3 years where I was successfully running with a University as an HR Manager in NCR.
But my calling was business and despite everything, my yearning to get into a business as a solopreneur kept nagging at me. After a lot of keen observations, I started my venture of Women Western Apparel named “ 𝔽𝕖𝕞𝔻𝕖𝕤𝕖𝕠𝕤” which defines every female’s desire to live unapologetically. Making women proud of their choices with our segments became the motto.
It’s been a year now and I work day & night for my venture. At times, the hardships reach a breaking point to the extent where I feel like giving up. Making people trust us and the brand takes a lot of effort and time. At times there is a bit of cluelessness to see what we are doing because every strategy tends to fail.
Understanding and trying to make sense of the dynamic markets can make us go crazy and the endless questions from prying relatives do little to assuage the confusions and the dilemma. The questions surrounding business is still a touchy topic because we know that our sale hasn’t even touched break-even yet!
But this is where I just calm myself down and just tell myself ‘I may win or I may lose but I will never be defeated’.”
