“I have been selling seasonal fruits on the beach for the last 10 years now. My day starts at 9 in the morning and ends at about 8 in the evening.

Most of my customers like eating pineapple slices along with sprinklers of salt and chili powder on them. The business has been stable since the last month because of the holiday season and I hope this continues in the future too.

I have two children to take care of. My older son is in class 9 and the younger one is in class 6. One day away from work leads to loss of income and trouble for my family, something I don’t wish upon them. So I have decided to go the extra mile and help my husband in his welding business.

Hopefully, one day, all this hard work would pay off when I could see my children working in respectable fields. Until then, I have made a promise to myself that I would never give up.”
