“Just after graduating with a Psychology major and great enthusiasm and ambition, I wanted to achieve many of my dreams. The world was my oyster, and I dreamed of pursuing a fulfilling career after college. However, life had a different plan for me. As soon as I completed my degree, I got married and suddenly my priorities shifted, and I found myself planning for pregnancy and taking care of my family.
Had willingly put my dreams on hold and it was a conscious decision to prioritise my family above all else. I embraced my responsibilities wholeheartedly, ensuring the happiness of a joint family. Life taught me a lot and helping a household at an early age matures you quicker and tames one. With optimism and greater vigour took life’s challenges positively and made sure in upholding my values and morals. Every step as a daughter, sister, daughter-in-law, wife, and mother at home and an Administrator at work has given me immense pride knowing that I played a vital role in holding the family and Company flag high.
Commitment and dedication to what one does is important in life. ‘Leave the place better than you found it’ is something which grew on me. Operations, Administration, Sales & Marketing, I learnt hands-on working in my Brothers Hospital. Over the years, I gained invaluable experience and expertise, which became my true degree. It was later in life, I started an IT Company and then realised that one is a student for life.
At 3 scores, I live life with no limitations. Learning to love challenges and I am a perpetual learner, eager to absorb new knowledge and experiences to be a Polymath. I believe that there is joy in doing even the smallest things in life right, with no fear and doubt and optimism. Approaching tasks with enthusiasm and zeal with a thirst to learn, keeps one ever young in mind and spirit, making age-irrelevant.
Giving back to the socio-economically marginalised society has been fulfilling and rewarding as we touch and uplift them through our trust, envisioned and named after our Parents. We have been able to make a difference in the lives of people whom we set out to for more than fifteen years and feel compelled to share and be a living example to inspire others to be more compassionate and empathetic towards each other.
Life has taken me on a unique journey, one that diverged from my initial aspirations. Yet, I have found fulfilment in nurturing my family, making a positive impact through my career, and constantly expanding my horizons. No matter where life takes us, as long as we embrace our responsibilities and seize every opportunity to learn and grow, we can create a remarkably meaningful and satisfying LIFE experience.”
